Salamander Cottage sleeps 6 in 3 rooms – one queen, 1 double and 2 singles. There is a separate lounge, and large family room and an outdoor covered patio/BBQ area. The bathroom has a separate bath and shower room, separate toilet [1 of 2], and separate basin area. The double lock-up garage can store your boat or cars, or play table tennis.

A 2 minute walk to bayside beach Georges Reserve [pedestrian access walkway]. Leave the car - you can walk for miles along the foreshores. Take in the stunning views, fish, snorkel, canoe or boat, take a picnic to the many water-front parks and relax. Surf beaches are only 10 minutes away.

Shops, cafes, Salamander Shores Hotel [bottle shop/bar/dining], and Soldiers Point Bowling Club are all within 5/ 10 minute walks. Several boat ramps are a few minutes by car as is the Horizon's Golf course, [cafe, dining, bar]. It is all here locally, and Nelson Bay Marina and Shopping Centre is only a 10 minute scenic drive.
